So, I think most of you have read the myspace bulletin Lisa put out earlier today, but we are back in business after some downtime which we again, can assure you had nothing to do with us. We are also in search of a new host, so if you have any suggestions we are more then happy to take them.

I am SOOO sorry for the lack of updates. With the holidays and other stuff going on, it's been crazy. But I hope you all had a wonderful and healthy holiday and new year! I see amazing things in the future for Kenotia, let's let this be their year. And I see Kenotiafans.com growing with them! Thank you all for everything you did for us last year, and let's continue to move on up! :D

hello hello!
so we hate saying this, but the tour has been canceled. with sullivan dropping off the tour right before it started it has been shaky. within the past 2 weeks our van has had so much trouble with it. from brakes to water pumps. so with that said we had to drop off too because our van was not reliable and safe enough to continue this tour out to the west coast and then back home to georgia.
I added two pretty funny random videos of the band. One of them is Carly teaching Andy some dance moves and the other one is the second part of "Carly the jewish mom", both videos are pretty hilarious, they can be found in our random video section. Remember that if you want to donate any videos, photos, graphics, etc you can always email us: kenotiafans@gmail.com.
As Lisa said in the last post, we been working non stop to update both the gallery and video section of the site. I finished with the first set of videos, 6 videos were uploaded. We have both live performances and a couple of very funny videos. There still some videos left to be added, but ill update once we have those ready.
I added 2 new section in the band section of the site, the first one is the album review section, we only have 1 review at the momment, but we are going to add more. If you know or have seen a review of the album somewhere online be sure to EMAIL US. I also added a press/article section, this section is going to be hosted in the forum so its easier for everyone to contribute to it.
So Diego and I have been hard at work all weekend uploading all the pictures and videos I took on tour. We just finished uploading all the live pics I took. We uploaded pictures from the following shows: Check out pictures from The Masquerade (ATL, GA), Iowa City, and Empire Theater (Stockton, CA).
So I know we're months late on this, but we FINALLY uploaded pictures from the This Is Why Wur Hott tour (Dance Gavin Dance, LoveHateHero/Pierce the Veil, A Skylit Drive and Blinded Black) from over the summer when I merched for Kenotia. The magic is happening HERE. Theres 131 pictures.

Remember the video that carly posted in youtube about the new song she wrote? We also posted about it like a week ago, well now its available in the video section. Its pretty high quality and as always its also ipod and/or computer ready. Also we are throwing an edited MP3 of the song with the video. Download: Carly´s new song.

Hey guys. First of all I wanted to appologize for the lack of media,site,updates, etc. At least I feel that lately we havent done much around here.
Thanks to our wonderful friend Meredith we have some footage of Kenotia´s CD release Show. The show was @ the Swayze on the 7th of this month. I uploaded a new song from the band called "Dont make me call Ash". The video has a pretty decent quality, and its also Ipod ready. You can head over the video section to download Dont Make Me Call Ash.
The pictures from the show are already uploaded, you can head over the CD Release show album to check all of them.
Well, today they leave for their tour with Sullivan, City Sleeps, and Bedlight For Blue Eyes. Their first show is tomorrow night in St. Louis, Missouri. Let's make sure to keep them in our thoughts and prayers on this tour; it is their first winter tour and I am sure we all wish them the best, and want them to stay safe on the road. All the tour dates are posted on their myspace if you haven't checked them out already... not that I haven't mentioned that enough! Make sure to get out and see them if they are coming to your area, as I can personally say that they are amazing live! And if you do see them, make sure to stop by and say hey to them, I know that they love meeting and hearing from fans.

we would just like to announce that after this next tour our drummer andy appling will be leaving the band to pursue other interests. we love andy and andy loves us and he is leaving on very good terms. we both still support eachother, it is just something andy needs to do.
so with that said we are looking for a new drummer.

requirements: * 18-24 years old * must be able to tour full time * we would prefer if you play to a click or are very good with timing. * must have all gear including road cases. * would prefer having tour experience * have previous work to let us hear

If you aren't friends with Kenotia on myspace, then you have definitely been missing out on some important news in their recent bulletin posts. Their tour with Sullivan, Bedlight For Blue Eyes, and City Sleeps starts in only 4 days... November 10th in St. Louis, Missouri. Remember to keep checking back on their myspace for new dates as they have been adding shows frequently.
Kenotia has also mentioned in their bulletins that when they return from tour they will be shooting a video for "Decorating For Cinco De Mayo" which will hopefully air in time for the new year!
If you are not a member our kenotia forum chances are that you havent seen the video Carly posted yesterday, the video is about a new song she wrote, its really really amazing, and carly´s voice is just sublime.

Well, now that you have hopefully gotten your hands on You've Dug Your Grave, Now Lie In It, it is time to start writing your reviews on the album! There are multiple places you can do this, I can't seem to think of them all at the moment, but we will keep you posted; there are always the Fuse Wiki Page and itunes. Speaking of which, I have noticed that there are very few reviews on itunes, so if you have a chance I suggest thinking about writting your own there. I also believe that it is best to be honest in your reviews, the band wants to hear the good and things they could improve on (just don't be rude). I will probably be posting a review myself tomorrow, because I had work until late tonight... on halloween (I'm not bitter at all). If you just want to write what you think of the CD in the forums, that is great too. Like I said, I am sure anything you have to say would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for following Kenotia into this next phase of their music career, I personally cannot wait to see what comes next!

Well its already 12am here, so that means its already the 30th. So its the album release of Kenotia is finally official! Yes I know Im very excited.
It's amazing how far the band has come; all the staff here at kenotiafans.com would like to say how proud we are of you guys, we are sure you will become a great success. We love you and will always support you!!!

Did you know Carly wanted to be an actress before she started singing, or that Ryan S. Likes graphic design? I bet you didnt. We are proudly to launch the new band member profiles!
The band kindly enough filled out some info for us, because thruthfully theres not much info out there. You can find quite a bit of interesting info on the band, its really worth checking out.
They are not 100% finished though, as you will each profiles has a "Small Bio" part which is not currently filled im, but we are working on that.
Did you know that Kenotia has Fuse Wiki page? Well, they do! You can check it out HERE. The site is starting to looking pretty spiffy in my own opinion, but it can always improved upon. Carly helped update some of the information, but they do still need our help. We can do this through the fan reviews and other fan related information that can be added! I haven't had much chance to explore everything the site offers, but I do think this is a very cool site to at least visit. And I'm personally loving the featured photo up right now!
Thanks to Meredith we have several pictures and some video footage from the last show Kenotia played in Atlanta. The pictures are really sweet, and these are the 1st ones we get with Mike!,you can check them all out in the church revolution album.

As some of you may know(speaically AP suscribers) Kenotia is featured in the november issue on AP Magazine. Well its not an interview or anything, its a Full page add of the album release. Still we are really stoked about this, hopefully we can see an interview in a few months . Thanks to Jew-Lee we have a scan of the ad.
I fixed the issue that we had with the audio from You´ve Dug Your Grave, Now Lie In It @ Stone Mountain,GA. You can download the track from our kinda empty audio page. Thanks to our wonderful friend Robin we uploaded the 1st batch of pictures from Eyes On the Prize, the tour which Kenotia is currently in. As we all know and anticipate, Kenotia's debut album, You've Dug Your Grave, Now Lie In It is due out in stores October 30th! However, there are 5 preorder package options that are AWESOME and will allow you to receive the album BEFORE it hits stores! If you choose to buy the album in advance then ALL packages come with an 18/24 Tour Poster of the album artwork AND you get it before it hits stores! All pre order packages ship the week before the record comes out so you will hear it first!
Carly has posted on our forum giving us a couple updates on what Kenotia has been up to and what we should expect in the near future. I'll give a quick summery but to read her whole post visit our forum HERE So, here it goes: -Preorders for You've Dug Your Grave Now Lie in It should be up tomorrow and with the preorder there will be some package dealio.
-There will be new songs from the album posted randomly until it's release on October 30th
-They have a new bassist Mike Gardella (hi Mike!)
-and Kenotia will be going on "the best tour ever" but won't tell us with who. Carly did leave us with a clue being lyrics from Ice Ice Baby (Alright stop.collaborate and listen).Now this is just a theory Alyssa,Chris and myself came up with but weee think it might be NFG as they just released their new cover album and have previously covered that song. Don't take our word for it though as I suspect we are totally off.
Pretty different right? So we decided to give the site a brand new look. I think it looks awesome. Thanks a lot to our wonderful Jess who designed the layout. To Chris for helping me code the big mess of the headers . I pretty much finished coding the index and the rest of the pages, if you find any errors be sure to email us.
Added a couple of new "features" such as our site search, poll and merch links, hopefully they will be of use.
We really hope you like it guys =).
Also its worth to mention that we just hit the 13,000 visits which is great since the site started just a bit ago!
The merch page of kenotia just got updated. There´s some pretty new sweet stuff in there. Well its actually just 2 new items a hoodie and a new tshirt. I personally love the hoodie, too bad the graphics are pink, but i might get it anyways =).

So we just added a very small section to the site, its a "oth the month section", our monthly picks for website, photo, and band!
For our site of the month we have http://www.lostprophets.fanlounge.org/ the best source for everything Lost Prophets, you should check the site out. For our band we have Blinded Black, a pretty good band that toured with Kenotia a while ago.

Sorry if you get a bit too excited about the title of this news entry. Its actually not a new video, but rather one that the band posted in 2006, its some footage from their NY tour with background music of "decorating for cincode mayo". In case you dont have myspace(yeah right) the band added a new tune a few days ago, the song is called "its Over". Theres a lot of low keys in the song, which in my opinion makes Carly sound really really amazing. You can listen to it on the bands myspace or simply use our Kenotia Radio on the left.
Kenotia/Tim has announced that Tim has decided to leave the band. We wish Tim the best of luck for the future and he will be missed! To read his farewell post click here
On a happier note, today (well, technically yesterday) Carly celebrated her birthday (yay!) so, if you have yet to do so make sure you wish her happy birthday either here on our forum or on Kenotia's myspace.
In case you havent notice or you dont have myspace(like that would happen) theres some new posters announcing and promoting the release date of kenotia´s debut album.The posters/flyers are nicely done, the font and logo give it a nice touch. If want to help the band this is a great chnage to do so, just put these in your myspace/xanga/whatever, theres nothing better as some shameless promotion, and im sure the band will appreciate it a lot.

Yeah I am very sorry for the lack of good updates, everybody has been very busy lately, specially Lisa which is not doing anything else than having fun on the tour with the band.

The band has posted a new song on their myspace from the upcoming album 'You've Dug Your Grave, Now Lie In it'. It's called 'Lonewolf McQuade, a new version of an older song. You can listen to it HERE, and discuss it in our forums HERE.
